1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the AetherEnhance Chrome extension, using the Web Studio, or accessing any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Service

AetherEnhance provides tools that enhance the TikTok experience, including:

• Video quality enhancement at the browser rendering level
• Video compression for optimized uploads
• Video downloading capabilities
• Creator analytics overlays
• Repost management tools
• Auto caption generation
• Web Studio for mobile and desktop video processing

All Services are provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use AetherEnhance in compliance with:

• TikTok's Terms of Service — AetherEnhance is a third-party tool; you must still follow TikTok's rules
• Applicable laws — Including copyright, privacy, and intellectual property laws in your jurisdiction
• These Terms — Any violation may result in termination of access to our Services

You may not:

• Use AetherEnhance to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Download or repost content without the original creator's permission where required by law
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our Services
• Use automated scripts or bots to abuse our Web Studio processing
• Upload illegal content, malware, or any material that violates TikTok's community guidelines
• Resell, redistribute, or white-label AetherEnhance as your own product

4. Intellectual Property

Our IP: AetherEnhance, its codebase, design, branding, and documentation are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services as intended.

Your Content: You retain all rights to videos you upload to our Web Studio. We claim no ownership over your content. Videos are deleted immediately after processing.

TikTok Content: Content viewed or downloaded through TikTok remains the property of its respective creators. Respect creator rights and applicable copyright laws.

5. Video Downloading Policy

Our video download feature is intended for:

• Personal, offline viewing of content you have the right to access
• Content creators downloading their own videos for backup or cross-platform use
• Educational and archival purposes where permitted by law

You agree not to use downloaded videos for commercial purposes without explicit permission from the content owner.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

AetherEnhance is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all TikTok updates or changes
• That video enhancement will work identically on all systems
• That our Services will always remain free

TikTok may update their platform at any time, which could temporarily or permanently affect AetherEnhance functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility but cannot guarantee it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AetherEnhance and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or content
• TikTok account restrictions or bans
• Video quality issues or processing errors
• Any damages resulting from service interruptions

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed zero dollars ($0), as the Services are provided free of charge.

8. TikTok Account Safety

While AetherEnhance is designed to work within TikTok's technical boundaries, use of third-party tools carries inherent risk. We are not responsible for any actions TikTok may take against your account. Use the Services at your own discretion.

Our Web Studio uses TikTok's official OAuth flow when you choose to post directly. We never see or store your TikTok password.

9. Telegram Community Requirement

Access to AetherEnhance features requires joining our Telegram group and channel. This requirement exists to:

• Build a community around the tool
• Provide direct support channels
• Share updates and changelogs
• Collect feedback for improvements

You may leave the Telegram community at any time, but doing so may result in loss of access to certain features.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. Features that rely on local storage may persist on your device until manually removed.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be announced in our Telegram channel. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith communication in our Telegram community before any formal legal action.
